Property overall was not bad. For the most part, staff as a whole were not bad except someone named James who pretended like he was security, made our trip ending quite terrible with his obnoxiousness and false accusations.This was after we drove around for over 30 minutes, the night before trying to find a place. And then Expedia tried to convince us that the property was properly named although the name in the description was City of Dreams when the property name in the low should have been Bayshore Residential Resort. And they kept telling us to look for a blue building right beside okada, when in fact the building was not visibly blue and not next to Okada.

We ended up not staying there because of confusion with hotels.com and the host with checking in. We ended up getting a hold of Mary who refunded are stay and was very apologetic for the confusion that happened during our check-in. All advice would be to find out what cluster you’re staying in and don’t just ask one security guard they go to the cluster that you’re staying at and ask them to check in. The location is greatly located right there walking distance from the casinos, literally across the street. It’s worth the stay wish we could have stayed there!

Took forever to find the place because they did not provide the right address. Waited about 40 mins after checking in time, oneof the master bed wasn’t clean and it has throw up smells, they charge for daily cleaning and wish they provided more cleaning supplies and floor mats.But other than that, the staffs are friendly and reliable.

I am requesting a full refund because the adress I was provided for the booking was incorrect and did not lead to a valid location. We spent a long time trying to find the building, only to find out that the listing information was not accurate and the place did not appear as legit. We ended up bookin another location at additional cost. I believe this listing is misleading and is fraud, as the name associated with it does not seem legitimate. I was traveling with childrens, including a baby who’s extremely exhausted, this situation caused unnecessary stress for me and my family. The overall experience was very disappointing and unacceptable, and I respectfully request full refund for this booking.

Location is perfect, close to everything! Security is strict, very safe. Unit is spacious. 3 Big rooms 2 BR with shower and 2 toilets, washer inside too. Little improvements needed, such as no water kettle, no toiletries such as shanpoo, body soap, dishwashing liquid nor paper towels but overall a great stay!

Everything is good. Most of the appliances and fixtures are new or very well taken care of. Only will be a plus if there is microwave for easy heating on the next day and the masters toilet room shower heater seems not working. But nonetheless it is a very good place to stay. Highly recommended for big family.
