The pool area was undrr construction during our stay. The TV was not working. Somebody came in to fix it but as soon as TV was turned off, issue was back again. Ended up with no TV for the duration of our stay. In fairness, place was clean and location is very accessible to everything we need.

My one night stay was great! Very accommodating. I was able to check in an hour early and the hosts were very responsive helping me with all my needs. The rooms are also clean and comfortable. They also let me leave my luggages while I explored the area after check out. Highly recommend and would stay here again if ever I’m in the area!

Our room was perfect for a family of 4. Customer service was excellent, the place was spotless and it was very comfortable. It's also at a great location, close to shops and restaurants. There's also a grocery store downstairs. Our concierge was very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

The service here really stood out to me. This was my first time in the Philippines - so naturally it can feel a bit daunting trying to get acclimated. The staff and owner really helped me in this department and made sure I felt at home and had everything I needed to enjoy my trip. I would highly recommend this location for newcomers as well as those who visit frequently and want a great set of amenities.

The room was not clean. Scum was all over the bathroom, the room smelled moldy, and the kitchen area had inadequate kitchen equipment. The towels are heavily treated with chemicals, and the scent was too strong. We transferred to a larger room the following day, and we were promised a credit for the first day we stayed. We were charged almost 5,000 more per day. The breakfast was delivered in plastic packages, typically consisting of rice and one main dish accompanied by a small soup. Honestly, all the meals delivered were of inferior quality. The toilet in the master bedroom was clogged, and we called housekeeping twice, but the issue was never resolved until we left.  We ended up using the standard toilet every day. The bathroom lights are so dimmed, and we expressed this on the first day, but it was never resolved. Our stay was a total nightmare! In addition to all these headaches, the credit we expected was not processed, and now I have to follow up with Expedia to receive the refund promised by EG. This place is a joke. Please don't make the mistake of booking here. The photo is deceiving. The location is excellent, though; however, to access the lobby, you need to climb a steep number of steps. If it rains, there is no way to find a safe spot to stay dry. The manager, Arnel, tried his very best to meet our needs, but this place lacks a system, and maintenance is inferior.

Overall the location and the property were great. It’s walkable to many restaurants and places nearby and was easy to get a ride in front of the building. The property itself was well maintained for the most part and kept clean. Communicating with the staff was very well regarding issues that came up. My only gripe was that we had communicated with management that we wanted to leave our baggage after check out for roughly an hour and was told that it was ok to do so only to go down to the front desk lobby and find out that they don’t offer this. Luckily the front desk was able to compromise and allowed us to leave our stuff with the condition that 1 person stayed to keep an eye on them despite the initial statement that we could only leave our stuff for 15 mins.

I booked for 16 days but stayed in the unit for a total of 8 days. The unit is a decent size for a (1) BD. I loved that it has a washer/dryer in the unit. The bed looked comfortable but was not able to use it because I slept on the couch the whole time. Carlo and the rest of his team always checked if I needed anything in the unit. Although, I did not have time to try different restaurants but Din Tai Fung is always a favorite and was able to try Mamou. We also went to (I believe it's The Peak?) the rooftop bar at Grand Hyatt. All these are walkable from the Uptown Park Suites and highly recommended.

Pros: -Great location with very many amenities like coffee shops, dining, shopping, pharmacy, etc nearby -Building felt safe as well as surrounding areas -Staff was amazing really responsive to needs and requests Cons -bed mattresses could use an upgrade -units need to be refreshed with minor updates like new paint on walls and ceilings, new grout for the showers and tubs, just minor stuff that could bring the home experience higher Overall we would stay with EG Private House again. The unit had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in the Philippines.

The service provided by Eric and his team was nothing short of spectacular! On the day of our arrival he connected with us to ensure he was there to receive us on arrival. We got lost and he was able to help us navigate and meet us on the other side of the entrance with his team ready to assist with our luggages. He then got us settled letting us know everything we need to know about the place. He even gave us suggestions on nightlife places we might like. On our last day he also assisted us in arranging a grab as we didn’t have the app and updated us along the way. Then when we got to the airport, we realize we were missing a luggage we forgot outside the condo. Eric and his team searched and located the luggage and we were able to go back and pick it up just in time for our flight. This condo has one of the best services we received in the Philippines which is why I chose it to begin with compared to the other places in the area from the reviews I read. They did not disappoint and we have Eric and his team to thank for the best time we had in BGC. Thank you Eric!
