My wife and I received such gracious hospitality from the entire staff!!! Every question and minor issue we communicated to the staff was addressed quickly and efficiently. Our room was perfect for a family of 4. Customer service was excellent, the place was spotless and it was very comfortable. It's also at a great location, close to shops and restaurants. The service here really stood out to me. This was my first time in the Philippines - so naturally it can feel a bit daunting trying to get acclimated.
