The room was infested with cockroaches and also mold. The carpet was stained and not cleaned at all. Really disappointed with the quality of the hotel. It needs a major overhaul and upgrade.

Great hotel! Beautiful , clean and comfortable rooms. Super servicey and friendly staff. Good food. Breakfast buffet was tasty. We travel a lot , all over the world, this was a great choice.

The hotel is beautiful. We stayed in several 5 star hotels on this trip and this one was by far the best. The breakfast was great and the service even better. Hotel is new and decorated well. The staff was outstanding. Ian at the front desk was particularly helpful and kind when I had questions.
