The apartment can accommodate a maximum of 4 guests. Please indicate the accurate number of guests, we will setup the floor mattress for bookings with 3-4 guests.
Bedroom:
This comfortable 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is thoughtfully designed for relaxation and convenience.
The bedroom features a king-sized bed, an en-suite bathroom, wardrobe storage, a TV, and direct access to a private balcony — perfect for enjoying fresh air or unwinding after a long day.
The room is equipped with air conditioning, fresh linens, and an electric fan to ensure a cool and restful stay. Whether you're relaxing, working remotely, or simply recharging, this space offers a peaceful retreat.
Living Area:
The living room is designed for comfort and easy living, featuring a TV, a small collection of books, a cozy sofa, and two ottomans — ideal for relaxing evenings indoors. An electric fan is also available for additional comfort.
The open-plan layout connects seamlessly to the dining area, making it perfect for meals or casual gatherings.
Please note: the AC unit in the living room shown in the photos is currently not operational and will be removed once scheduled for replacement.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a 2-burner induction stove, oven, blender, refrigerator, and complete cutlery, crockery, mugs, and wine glasses. Cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper are provided for your convenience, though guests staying longer may need to replenish supplies. Drinking water is available, and refill instructions can be found in the House Manual.
Bathroom:
The apartment includes two thoughtfully designed bathroom to ensure a comfortable stay. It features a refreshing cold-water shower — ideal for the warm climate — along with a modern bidet and complimentary essentials such as shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and toilet rolls. Guests staying longer are welcome to restock items as needed.
Balcony:
The private balcony is accessible from the bedroom and serves as a relaxing outdoor space. Featuring live plants, outdoor seating, and a BBQ grill, it’s a lovely spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening.
Parking:
The apartment does not have assigned parking. Limited paid parking is available inside East Raya Gardens on a first-come, first-served basis. If full, guests may park at Mercedes Square beside East Raya. Overnight parking typically costs around Php350.
Surroundings:
Located along Mercedes Avenue, Pasig City, the apartment offers convenient access to nearby shops, dining options, and major routes. Please note that traffic can be busy during rush hours, so we recommend planning travel times accordingly.
During your stay, you’ll have full access to the entire unit, including the balcony. You're also welcome to enjoy the shared facilities available within the condominium building.
Swimming Pool:
Mondays to Wednesdays, 7AM to 9PM - Php 224.00 per person
If you're planning an event, you can also rent out the Function Room or Videoke Room at the Clubhouse. Just let me know, and I'll be happy to arrange it for you!

Up to 2 small pets are welcome at an extra fee of Php500 to account for the extra cleaning time.
Please do not smoke at the balcony. Go down the parking area if you need to smoke.
We don't allow visitors after 10PM, and definitely no parties or smoking (not even at the balcony - sorry!). :)
East Raya Gardens is a condominium development of DMCI. It features 7 mid-rise buildings (5 floors only) inside a gated community. It is comfortably situated in Mercedes Avenue.
Additional Rules:
1. Upon booking confirmation, please send a copy of your and your guests' ID as we are required by East Raya Gardens building management to submit Guest Information. If you're bringing your furbabies with you, a copy of the pet booklet is also required. Please provide accurate details regarding the number of guests and pets to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
2. You're welcome to bring up to 2 pets per unit, including caged birds, cats, and dogs (up to 2ft in height).
3. To maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all guests, smoking is prohibited throughout the property, including the apartment and building interiors. You can proceed at the basement parking lot to smoke (remember to dispose off cigarette butts properly)
4. Enjoy peaceful surroundings in our condominium community. Kindly observe quiet hours from 10PM to 6AM, keeping noise levels minimal, including voices and music. Please note, parties are not allowed in the unit; consider booking the Function Hall or Videoke Room for such gatherings.
5. Please take care of the keys to avoid additional charges. A penalty fee of ₱1,000 will be charged for lost front door or balcony door keys, and ₱500 per bedroom key.
