I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The service representative who assisted me before booking was very responsive and answered all my questions promptly, which gave me confidence even before arriving. Upon check-in, the front desk staff were very accommodating and kindly arranged an early check-in since I was traveling with my elderly mother — something I truly appreciated. The restaurant and buffet team were exceptionally nice and went out of their way to accommodate my requests for my mother’s comfort. Housekeeping was quick to respond to any needs, and my room was spotless and well-maintained throughout my stay. What really impressed me was when I accidentally left an item behind — the staff took the initiative to contact me about it. That thoughtful gesture speaks volumes about their honesty and dedication to guest satisfaction. Overall, it was a comfortable and memorable experience, and I deeply appreciate the team’s professionalism, warmth, and care. I would definitely stay here again.

I got in late but the front desk (especially Mr Alliard was very assuring and helpful . They provided a complimentary breakfast and a place to store my luggage while I walked around Manila. Felt very much first class. This is where I would stay when again in Manila. I am very thankful to the entire staff for their hospitality.

I’ve been a loyal guest of City Garden Suites, Manila since 2016, and it continues to be one of my go-to places whenever I’m in the city. The staff are always nice and accommodating, the free breakfast is a plus, and the hotel is clean, safe, and secure, some qualities I’ve appreciated over the years. While some rooms are showing signs of wear and could use an update, the overall experience remains pleasant and reliable. Despite the minor aging, the comfort, hospitality, and value still make this hotel worth recommending. ✅ Still strongly recommended for a comfortable and trustworthy stay in Manila.
