Very close to 5 star. If training of staff were more consistent, with the amenities automatically given rather than having to be requested each and every time, it would be even closer to 5 star. Assigning a Credit Card to the room for incidentals should be an automatic for this hotel. Very clean rooms, very good staff. The restaurant food was 2 to 3 star. Dining room staff had to be called to table and to buffet stations rather than being there. Food was often cold. Food quality was just barely acceptable. The food was obviously the least expensive they could purchase. For these reasons, the hotel restaurant was almost never busy.

My stay was wonderful staff is friendly and great customer service. Special shoutout to Ella from housekeeping, James at the front desk and Eliza from the cafe. Everyone was very attentive and courteous. Will definitely stay again.
