Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
This booking was just off from the start. My original booking was canceled and I was given the option to stay at Casa Felice. It shouldn't have been a problem, but it was. My information was not given to the front desk staff and security and I was held up for over an hour trying to get into my room, while they reached out to the person in charge of the apartment. This sucked because I had just got done traveling for over 20 hours and dealing with a ridiculous cab driver - I now recommend Grab, for transport to and from NAIA - and all I wanted to do was shower and go to sleep. I got cleared to to the room, only to face further disappointment. It was super small and although there were two towels, there were no facecloths. I had to go buy some Tuesday morning. The apartment could have been cleaner too. There was dust everywhere. Now, the staff I did work with to clear things up were nice and polite and it was a good 20 minute walk to Mall of Asia, and there are markets and restaurants all around the different towers, which is good but doesn't necessarily make up for the room snafu.
