Good day, I am writing to share my feedback regarding my family’s recent stay at your hotel. While the room itself was acceptable, there were several issues that made our experience very disappointing: 1. Breakfast for children: My niece, who is 5 years old, was not included in the breakfast information or arrangements. Usually, hotels inform guests about children’s meals, but this was not done. 2. Staff conduct: The staff member assisting us mentioned they would “just watch” my niece while she ate. This was awkward and unprofessional, as children need to eat comfortably without being observed. Even though they said they would “just pay,” this was still unacceptable. 3. Room condition: The room smelled of smoke even though it was listed as non-smoking. 4. Lack of action: Despite raising concerns, no action was taken to address any of the issues. 5. Family experience: My sister and her family did not enjoy the food, and instead of being guided professionally, they received unprofessional behavior from the staff. 6. Special occasion ruined: My nephew’s birthday celebration was negatively affected due to the overall poor service and staff attitude. 7. Overall experience: Overall, the service did not meet our expectations for a family-friendly hotel. We hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements to ensure that future guests are treated fairly, professionally, and with care.

New hotel, very clean, and the room smells good. It’s also larger than average, and the beds are comfortable. The downsides: the breakfast buffet was crowded and understaffed (maybe because it was New Year’s Day). They ran out of cups and glasses, couldn’t refill food fast enough, and service was very slow. I even left without waiting for my change. Check‑in was slower than expected. They scanned our passports, did paperwork, and had us sign a contract. It took two staff members, and the supervisor was scolding her team in front of guests, which felt unprofessional—though she was polite to us. Housekeeping was excellent and responded quickly when I requested extra slippers and a toothbrush. Location is very near NAIA airport. Overall, our stay was good. The hotel is new, the staff are still learning, and they may need to improve their check‑in process.
