Security Deposit: ₱1,000 so we can ensure that our unit will be treated with care. (refundable upon check-out once unit inspection is cleared)

If you wish to avail party decorations, please message us at least 5 days before your stay so we can prepare and buy your preferred party decors. Any party decor request with short notice— we can still provide but using the existing decors in stock.

Clean As You Go Policy
~ Reminder: Checking-Out leaving the unit dirty, smelly, and improper disposal of trash = a fine of ₱1000 will be charged or Security Deposit will be forfeited.

Provided with AZURE Policies and Guidelines upon Check-In. Please read and comply.
~ Note: Any VIOLATIONS made while staying at the unit are solely CHARGED to guest.
-Honesty Store: Any damaged or opened items are considered sold.
-Light Cooking is allowed but please don’t cook fishy/smelly foods. Food delivery and is also allowed. Feel free to bring your own food.
~Tip: Turn-on the Vent Hood (above induction stove) while cooking.

-NO Corkage Fee but please don’t bring fishy/smelly foods.
-Strictly NO hanging of clothes in the balcony. Clothes Rack provided.
-NO Pets Allowed.
-STRICTLY NO SMOKING.
-NO loud noise after 10PM.
-Unregistered guest are not allowed to enter inside the unit.
-Lost/damage/stained unit items— ₱300 up to ₱2000 (depends on what item) which will be charged as fine or forfeit security deposit.
