I wanted to share my recent experience regarding my check-in with Ruth. She was very pleasant when I arrived, and the process went smoothly. Just a day before my scheduled check-in, we agreed to upgrade my accommodation to a larger unit for a higher price, which I appreciated.
As part of this arrangement, Ruth requested a deposit, which was to be refunded after seven business days. However, it has now been over seven business days, and I have not yet received the refund. I have also tried reaching out to Ruth via text messages, but unfortunately, I have not received any response from her.
I am feeling quite frustrated with this situation, as the lack of communication and unresolved refund has been disappointing. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide in resolving this matter, or advice on what steps I can take next.
