The location is spot on it’s right in the center of shopping . The cleaning needs improvement the kitchen counters were not wiped down and we had to ask to refill supplies instead of being replaced upon cleaning ie towels wash cloths tissues . Ensuite bathroom needs to be refurbished:stains on floor and the shower door is hard to open and close. Everyone was friendly (staff) and the AC worked great!

Stayed from Jun 28-Jul 6. The thing that stood out the most was the STAFF! Give them all a raise! I’m not speaking in terms of being treated like a King or Queen, but the staff really made you feel welcome! They’re so helpful in every way! Also, maybe I’m biased because Filipinos are just the nicest, hospitable, and friendliest people on the planet :) We LOVE the property and the location is just EXCELLENT! Central to a lot of places! We booked a 2 Bedroom Deluxe Suite and it was perfect! Spacious and well maintained! I loved how it has a washer/dryer so I was able to do laundry before we left for our next leg of vacation. If we’re back in Manila, we will absolutely stay here again and will highly recommend this to friends/family who will be visiting! My husband can’t stop raving about this place!

Unfortunately at the present time the Ascott is in the middle of a construction project which obviously detracts from the overall presentation of the property. However once inside this is a very comfortable and convenient place to stay. You are right in the middle of 3 conjoined shopping malls within which there are many restaurants. The staff were above and beyond.
