Lovers of nature, skiing, hiking ... "Au Bonheur" awaits you in its cozy nest offering a superb view of the Aravis range! Ideal summer and winter resort.
Located at L'Etale, a family resort nestled at the Col de Merdassier, in a residence at the foot of the slopes. You leave and return with your skis on (register at the ski school and take your package when booking).
"Au Bonheur" is a completely renovated and refurbished apartment to better accommodate you and bring you maximum comfort.
It has:
• 1 living room with TV
• 1 fitted and equipped kitchen area (combined microwave oven, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, combined fridge freezer)
• 1 bathroom with heated towel rail
• Separate toilets
• 1 Mezzanine with 3 sleeping places: 2 double beds and 1 fireside chair
• 1 South-facing balcony with a breathtaking view of the Aravis range
• 1 ski locker
Skis and ski boots must be left in this locker.
Our animal friends are not allowed, the apartment is non-smoking.
The ski area offers 25km of pistes for all levels (also favorable for beginners' learning) and joins the vast La Clusaz domain (access by the pistes for experienced skiers) or 130km of additional pistes available to you .
For those who do not ski, hiking or snowshoeing circuits are also organized.
During the summer, vary the pleasures by hiking, mountain biking, lazing by the heated pool at the Etale resort, trampoline and children's playground, horse riding or sledding. summer in La Clusaz (8km), or why not spend the day by Lake Annecy (45 minutes)…

Bon séjour malgré le manque de neige

Propre, cuisine très bien équipée! Toaster, 2 machines à Café (filtre et capsule), appareil raclette etc. Suffissamment couverts (même les petits cuillères) et assiettes et verre. Les plaques électriques chauffent très doucement… le four-micro-onde a permis de faire une tartiflette réussie! Pensez à prendre deux multiprises car une seule prise au séjour, et une à l’étage qui ne fonctionne que si lumière allumée. Toilette très petite. Salle de bain moderne. Chauffage très bien. Lit confortables et vraies couettes. La mezzanine est spacieux. Attention de ne pas taper la tête (!) et escalier très raide pour monter à la mezzanine. Deux luges à disposition. Le cassier a ski est petit. On n’a mis que les chaussures et casques et laisse l’es ski dans la voitures. Parking devant logement. 150 jusqu’à la pistes. Suivi par l’agence était rapid et au top! Animations chouettes pour les enfants à la station de ski.

Notre séjour s'est déroulé parfaitement. Le logement est conforme à la description et possède une vue imprenable sur les montagnes. Il est aussi très bien situé, à proximité de nombreuses randonnées et de nombreux spots célèbres de la région. La communication avec le propriétaire est très bonne, Muriel vous donne toutes les précisions nécessaires pour la procédure d'entrée et de sortie. Je recommande.

Appartement agréable, décoré avec goût et vraiment bien équipé. Il est bien situé et offre une vue imprenable sur la chaîne des Aravis. La station, familiale, est appréciable et très bien organisée avec son service de navettes pour remonter à la résidence. Et en plus...la neige était au rendez-vous!
