This is my go to establishment when I visit my daughter who lives in Manhattan, KS. The staff is always wonderful and the property and rooms are always clean. I will continue to use this property for all my future stays while visiting Kansas for work or pleasure. Their rates are very affordable. There's a Super Walmart about 2 minutes away alone with a few other stores. I will definitely recommend this property to others.

Everything about my stay was great. From the check in process through out my stay the staff was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I got in late, about 1:30am. I called when I got to the facility from the phone at the front and someone came and checked me in in minutes even at that hour. Room was clean and tidy. Had all the amenities for a long stay. If you plan to cook you with need your own pot, plates and cutlery. I would recommend
