Clean lines, soft textures, and natural light create an inviting space that feels effortless and uncluttered. Located just two blocks from Aggieville, you can walk to shops, restaurants, and coffee, then return to a quiet, serene studio. Ideal for couples or young families, the space includes a Pack & Play and a streamlined layout designed for easy, relaxed stays.

While we admire and appreciate fury friends, we do not allow them in our home. If this is an issue, we are happy to provide information on pet boarding as an alternative during your stay.

Looked brand new and never touched. I was impressed with the room. The room provided coffee pods and ground coffee which was a nice touch I wasn’t expecting. Overall very good experience!

Excellent location - didn’t need to rent a car, we just walked to grocery, restaurant, K-State meetings, and events. There’s no microwave, but the kitchen is fully stocked with everything else. It was perfectly adequate for our needs and we’ve already rebooked it for our future meetings at K-State into next year.

Very small, but sufficient. Not much in the kitchen, really. No microwave even, and no table to eat at, but we were planning on dining out most of the time anyway. Location is perfect for lots of restaurants within walking distance. The Scandinavian minimalist vibe is fun for a bit, very sleek. The shower was great! Bed very comfy.
