We had a problem with hair on the toilet but they were super sorry about it quickly gave us a new room and a discount due to the issue.so overall it was ok and things happen so id still recommend it . The facility in general was clean and upkept..room was nice once we got the second one.

Nice large room with plenty of room for our two large dogs and their beds. Our room facing I-70 had a lot of highway noise with many loud trucks going by constantly. They claimed to have 3 carts, but I only saw one. We never could get one on the morning of our departure. It appeared one inconsiderate guest was hoarding the cart in his or her room much of the morning.

Pluses were location and previous experience. The upgrades are very good with a couple of exceptions. The desktop coffee pot cannot be plugged in. The TV stand/dresser covers 1/2 of the plug. The lower shower head for hand held shower doesn't connect to the water supply by any visible means. If there is a way, there should be directions. Tried to include photo but website wouldn't accept.
