Very nice efficient and courteous clerk at the front desk last evening, and this morning the receptionist was at least as outgoing friendly and helpful as our clerk at check in. Room is clean as well, felt like it had been updated pretty recently. Now the downside. Location. First it was military helicopters on fly bys, a train that passes very close by with a deafening whistle and then our room was on the highway side, sleep was difficult to come by. In the morning I did find one pair of earplugs provided by the hotel and now I know why they were there. So be aware if you’re booking here bring white noise machine with a high volume and or earplugs noise suppressors.

Room and bathroom were clean. The beds, and even the pillows, were comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Pet fee for dog is a bit higher than other hotels on the area but not a deal breaker.

Staff very welcoming. Room clean … A minus on amenities> I like to use a tray to bring breakfast to my room—- only a small tray with sections was available in the room. Fortunately larger trays were available in the breakfast area. Unfortunately, the only milk whitener was the artificial one (no 1/2&1/2) & the oatmeal was nearly solid in the bottom of the pot at ~ 8:15 am. So mostly ‘nits’ but it made my stay less than perfect,

When we first came out of the elevator the hall had a really unpleasant smell. When we walk in to our room there were 3 dead flies very obvious on top of heater. Staff was really nice.when our tv didn't work tjey fixed right away. Breakfast was delicious.

This is my 2nd time staying here and I absolutely love the staff and the room. Staff are friendly, helpful and always say good morning when they see you at breakfast. Rooms are clean and spacious. Mattress is perfect and doesn't leave me feeling like I am 100 years old!
