Great experience at the Cozy Duplex! Home felt like home and that was nice considering I was several hours from home. Sandra had everything I had asked for and that made my family dinner one night so pleasant. Easy check in and Sandra was easy to reach in regards to any questions or issues I had. Overall, a great experience and I will book with her again when I visit the area in the future.

Very well kept property. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood. It’s within four miles of anything you need to grab or go and eat. It’s within a mile of the K-State Campus. I highly recommend checking this little place out if you’re going to be staying in Manhattan.

Perfect place

This cozy 2 bedroom house was perfect for our needs, (visiting our soldier). This property was well stock with all needed supplies. Nice quiet neighborhood. Definitely worth the money.

Perfect location for our needs

Place was comfortable and was in a very good location for what we needed. Neighborhood was quiet. Only complaint is that the coffee pot was a little small when you have 4 coffee drinkers. Had to make about 3 pots each morning.
