Lobby was large with a pleasing decor.Everything was very clean. Room was comfortable. There was a fenced area for the dog to run around in. This was my first time to stay in a Sonesta hotel and I will check them when traveling in the future. Recommend this particular one if you're looking for a clean comfortable reasonably priced room will traveling through KS.

The staff is very personable, very nice. The hotel itself needs some major refurbishing though. The furniture is dirty and stained, the pool was never stocked with more than 1 towel, the pool itself needed MAJOR repairs, pool room needed repairs to the ceiling, and the breakfast each morning was so bad we ended up having to go pay for breakfast. What could be kept clean though (floors, bathroom, carpet, bedding) looked very clean. With the much needed upgrades it could be a very nice hotel.

We got a great rate for a one night stay and the hotel was clean enough. The front desk clerk in the morning was rude. Breakfast was out at 6:15, even though it didn’t begin until 7. My son got a yogurt and the front desk clerk made him put it back. We were leaving at 6:30 but were unable to eat breakfast.

Carpet is disgusting in the whole building. A $100 deposit is ridiculous. Cream cheese packets for bagels were not refrigerated, god knows how long that will last before someone gets sick.

First, there was nobody in the parking lot, first sign something was off. Then I walk in and half the lights are off, an obvious money savings tactic. Then I get to the room, open the door and the firs thing I hear is the toilet running, then there is a stain on the bed sheets. Then the final nail was bed bugs when I checked out the bed. I immediately got my money back and went somewhere else.

The room was great and the staff were courteous. However the VFW Banquet that we attended could have been better. The brazed beef tips were tough, the potatoes were dry and something in the meal gave myself and my wife severe diarrhea for a full day afterwards!
