The staff were both very friendly and helpful. They made my family and I feel very welcomed and the room condition was very good as well. The different amenities provided were very nice like the gym and the fire pit.

An old hotel, not very clean in general. The bathtub didn't drain well, there was a permanent ring in the bottom of the tub with pink moldy spots, water backed up on my feet. Sink drain had something nasty in it that caused it to back up too. Sink drain had no stopper. Couch in the room had grimy arms from many hands over the years. Decor is "mid-century"...not just in style, but in actual age, it appears. The wooden box the micro-fridge sat on (smaller than the usual dorm size) was falling apart and the fridge tilted and moved around. I had to change rooms from my first room because the TV didn't work at all (and the front desk person came and tried to fix it). the deficiencies I describe were in the second room. After my experience in the shower the first day, I couldn't take a shower the second day--I imagined what kind of bacteria and fungus were backing up onto my feet and didn't want to take a chance. I wiped my feet with rubbing alcohol after the first shower. I would never stay there again.

The rooms were not as pictured on the website for sure! Very poor conditions with a broken couch with huge stains, dirty and stained carpets that were coming up, hair on our bed, and dirty walls.

I just needed a good place to get several hours of sleep. I had seen some negative reviews, but my experience was fine. The only negative was the key cards didn't work for the first room I was assigned, but she gave a different room and those cards worked fine. Best I could tell, the room was clean and in very good order. I will probably stay here again, possibly regularly, as it is a good stopping point on a trip I'll probably be needing to make several times.

The morning I checked out, I waited for quite some time for a clerk but no one came. I wanted a receipt for my stay. They never came so I didn't get the receipt. The breakfast was okay The TV remote control needed to be cleaned. I put some tissue on it before I would use it again. The room itself was nice I would definitelly stay in this type of hotel again.
