We checked in on New Year's Eve and our card did not work. The nice front desk guy came right away. He told us that this is happening to many guests because the 'card keys' will be changed by tomorrow. We got in but when I came back with our dinner, mine did not. That's strange! He helped me again. The property and our room was very clean. Breakfast could use some upgrades. Maybe oatmeal and real scrambled eggs would be good things to offer? Our bathroom was updated as far as the tub and sink were concerned. The bathroom door was not and was in bad shape, I took pictures. I'm a Choice Privileges member #SMW03133.

Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, the refrigerator was making loud noises the majority of our stay and we had to move furniture to reach an available 3-prong plug-in for it. Also the phone chargers on the desk did not work. Overall, a good stay.

The door to the room is very hard to open and close. Needs repair. It takes 15 minutes to get hot water. Other than that my stay was very nice. Nice room. Good breakfast.

Good variety for breakfast - cereal, toast/muffins/fruit/hot options. Door hinges had loose screws so that we had to physically move the door into position to close it. Shower did not have very much water pressure and tub drain was super slow. Couch cushions on hide-a-bed were stained with a salty, white substance.

The hotel is very run down and the room was filthy with stains on the sheets, dust everywhere and the bathroom had a few questionable stains in the tub and on the shower wall. We immediately checked out and stayed elsewhere.

The building is getting worn over time and really needs some updates. For example, the carpet is worn, dirty and stained and needs to be replaced. The luggage carts are dirty and broken and need to be replaced. The door to our room (326) is broken and doesn't open/close easily. The hinges need to be tightened. I had to lift the door in order to close it.

The check in experience was great. It started after getting in my room, loud music next door, kids running up and down halls. Then I finally get to sleep and people above me stomping floor yelling about loud music. Breakfast both mornings was ice cold, have you ever ate ice cold sausage, eggs and biscuits?? I had no rest or sleep and the bed was also broken
