Estrutura precária. O teto do quarto tinha mofo. O ralo do box estava entupido, e pia do banheiro estava vazando. O café da manhã deixou a desejar, apenas um funcionário fazendo reposição dos alimentos, sempre faltava alguma coisa, tínhamos que ficar aguardando. Funcionários educados e prestativos.

A recepção estava quente, o que causava desconforto, e não havia ventilação. O funcionário do estacionamento não era educado. O café da manhã era fraco, com poucas opções. O elevador apresentava defeito e a luz teve cortes diversas vezes. A internet era horrível e o banheiro estava mal estruturado e sujo.

Não gostei do atendimento do Hotels.com O Itacuruca Palace Hotel está fechado com um aviso para se dirigir ao Hotel Plaza ao lado. A noite houve falta de energia e o gerador do Hotel Plaza não funcionou, tivemos que passar a virada do ano dentro do quarto. No dia seguinte o ar condicionado começou a jorrar água no quarto, procurei a gerência e tivemos que trocar de quarto.

Não gostei do comportamento dos outros clientes na hora do café, um monte de homens sem educação, invadindo as travessas de bolo, pegando-se só uma vez vários pedaços de bolos , mais de dois pães. Não proporcionando assim tranquilidade e igualdade para outros hóspedes fazerem suas refeições. Entendo que são trabalhadores, assim como eu. Mas não justifica a falta de educação. Gostaria de deixar uma sugestão, que cada cliente tivesse direito a determinada quantidade de comida, isso também diminuiria o gasto do hotel no café da manhã. Afinal, existe o almoço, desnecessário uma pessoa comer 4 pedaços de bolo três pães e vários copos de suco entre outros alimentos exageradamente. À recepção deixo os meus parabéns!! Excelente E em especial Parabéns ao recepcionista ESTEFANO.
