Modern ground-floor apartment in Manerba del Garda, located within the “San Sivino” Residence, featuring a swimming pool, playground, large shared green areas, and direct access to the beach and the lake.



The apartment offers free Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms. Guests are welcomed into a bright living area with a sofa bed that converts into a double bed, dining table with chairs, Smart TV, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with an induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, electric kettle, and toaster.

Eine saubere und schöne Anlage. Das Apartment mit Klimaanlage ist typisch für einen italienischen Flair.Der Pool (umrandet mit einem Zaun) ist mit einem eigenen Schlüssel erreichbar. Der Ein-Ausstieg in den Pool ist für ältere Menschen schwierig, da er nur mit einer kleinen Leiter versehen ist. Zwischen 13 und 15 Uhr ist Badeverbot. Außerdem besteht eine Badekappenpflicht.

Sehr schöne Anlage. Die Wohnung war für drei Erwachsene und ein Kind (3J.) etwas klein, aber schön. Die Küchenzeile sehr klein und leider war der Ofen, die Geräte sowie das Geschirr nicht sauber, was mich anläßlich der Mittteilung auf der Arbeitsplatte der Küche etwas verwunderte. War etwas Arbeit aber wir haben die Ruhe und die Anlage sehr genossen.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Eine wirklich schöne Wohnung in einer sehr gepflegten Anlage. Wenn jetzt noch in der Nähe ein Kiosk wäre, wäre es perfekt. Wir würden wieder kommen und es definitiv weiterempfehlen.
