We RENT INDEPENDENT seaside villa in San Pietro In Bevagna equidistant from the center, the beach and the Chidro river about 900 meters (10 minutes walk) in Via Lago Di Bolsena, a perfect solution for those who want to spend their holidays in total tranquility and not in the center.
The composition of the house is as follows:
Large front square with veranda and brick rear perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners complete with brick barbecue and wood ready for use, large garage for 2 cars, entrance, dining room, double bathroom (one external and one internal) and two bedrooms with six (possibly seven) total beds, all in a good state of maintenance, furnished and complete with basic appliances. (TV, WASHING MACHINE, OVEN, IRON, POTS, DISHES, etc.).
There are no problems for the possible presence of your four-legged friends, both gates are equipped with a net to keep your animals safe in addition to the total fence of the house.
