Nanzi Mari is a vacation rental apartment in San Pietro in Bevagna, in a quiet area, just 100 meters from the nearest beach.
There are restaurants and equipped lidos nearby. All the main commercial services can also be reached on foot, with a walk of a few minutes.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE PROVIDED, is excluded from the total and will be applied in terms of municipal regulations.
- Rental of optional linen (towels and sheets) at the price of euro 20 per person per week.
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 30 to pay upon arrival.
- In case of non-differentiated collection and disposal will be retained from the deposit euro 80 penalty up to 10kg of waste, + euro 50 for each additional kg.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
