Bright studio refurbished on the 5th floor, with an East/South facing balcony with a beautiful view of the port of Cannes-Marina and the Lérins Islands.
You will have private parking and access to the large swimming pool of the residence. The nearest beach is located about 10 minutes from the apartment. The famous Gulf "Old Course" is 400 meters from the apartment. Many shops and restaurants are within walking distance or by bus.

The accommodation:
The studio is newly furnished with large closets, and a fully equipped kitchen with appliances. It has a bathroom with shower. You will sleep in a "Queen size" bed (2 m/1.60 m). A sofa bed (1.90 m/1.20 m) can be used as an extra for one person or a child.
The very pleasant swimming pool, 35 m long and 15 m wide, is supervised in summer by a lifeguard.

You will have your private parking space just in front of the building, Number 1, and your visitors will be able to park in one of the many visitor spaces of the residence (spaces marked in yellow).
