SOPHIE'S HOMES VILLA is in a complete quiet area. It opens on the private swimming pool which use is rarely common with the owner who leaves in an other independant villa higher on the landscape if it doesn't disturb the guests. It offers a splendid 180º sea view and is equipped with a large terrace and a detached private garden. It is equipped with 2 bedrooms, a large living room of 22m² with 2 bay windows opening on the terrace and the swimming pool, a detached kitchen, a bathroom and a shower room with a toilet. It is very easy and free to park as the villa is located in a private road.
The villa is located in the town of Mandelieu on the Capitou hill (Cannes side). It is an ultra residential environment, 3 minutes driving from all shops, 10 minutes from the sea and the beaches and 15 minutes from the center of Cannes.
