Villa 'La Font', this beautiful holiday home, is located in the picturesque village of 'Mancor de la Vall' at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains.It is ideal to forget the world and enjoy the scenery and relax in a warm atmosphere with family or friends.

It is distributed over two floors and has a cosy living room with fireplace and SAT TV, a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area, 4 double bedrooms (on the upper floor two with double beds, one with en-suite bathroom and on the ground floor one with double bed and one with two separate beds) and three bathrooms (two with bath and one with shower).From the living room there is access to a beautiful veranda next to the barbecue and in front of the swimming pool (pool 9 x 5 m, 100 - 180 cm deep), which is surrounded by a large lawn. The house has quality chill-out furniture and many corners where you can relax with a good book and enjoy the Mallorcan sun.

The house has heating (extra cost), air conditioning in the bedrooms, fan in the living room, Wi-Fi internet connection, table tennis table, equipped with cot, high chair, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, iron and much more...

The finca is completely fenced, the access is asphalted and there is an outdoor parking space on the property.

The beaches of Alcudia or Pollensa are only 20 minutes away by car, the golf course of Pollensa is about 28 km away and for shopping Inca is only about 5 km from the house. There are a few shops and restaurants in the village, but for major shopping Inca is only 15 minutes away by car.

The village of Mancor de la Vall is a municipality in the north of Mallorca, situated between the Tramuntana mountains and the Raiguer region. The northern part of the mountain range culminates in the Puig de sa Fita (905 m) and the municipalities of Escorca and Selva. To the west and south, it borders the municipalities of Alaró and Lloseta, both of which belong to the Raiguer region.
