The whole place has dirty carpets, 1 bed in our room had a stained sheet. The bathroom wasn't great the sink was cracked, the bath was stained and the toilet seat didn't fit the toilet. The staff were very helpful. The location was good we parked the car and left it on the car park plenty of room on there. We caught the bus into Manchester city centre we never had to wait long and the bus stop wasn't far from the property.

The staff couldn't be more helpful, there is no lift in this property and we were on 2nd floor with 6 half flights, we asked if there was anything on 1st floor as I'm struggling with hips n knees, the guy on reception not only moved us to ground floor, he came up to carry our bags n move us and couldn't be any more helpful, the parking right outside (free,)and although there was a strong weed smell around the carpark, the inside and our room was airy and clean
