Useful location for Heaton Park when you’re at a two day festival. There was a fan provided as we were in the middle of a heat wave. The bed was comfortable, which is not always the case. The bathroom had areas that needed some tlc - around the bath drain and a broken off tile.

The room & bedding were very clean. Beds are quite hard but ok for our 1 night stay. No lift available but we were only on the 2nd floor with not much luggage. Quite a distance from city centre, about a £15 uber ride, but we booked late so not much other availability in that price range. Reception staff very nice & helpful. Overall a satisfactory stay.
