We came during the Christmas season and it was beautifully decorated and the staff warmly greeted us as we came inside. The building was well kept with fun, eclectic, and thoughtful decor. The room was charming with wonderful texture and variety in the lighting. Everything was crisp and clean from the lobby to the bedroom to the bathroom. The beds were incredibly comfortable and spacious. The only marks I would take off would be the shower would splash everywhere while on due to a rather short glass side on only one side. The other was during breakfast one morning I received some large pieces of shell in my eggs. The rest of the food was fine though and no other issues beyond that. Overall, a wonderful stay and would highly recommend to anyone coming to Manchester.

We were so excited about our stay - it was a treat for my daughter birthday - my friend and her daughter also booked a room and was given a very large room with additional bed - we booked through same company and same price - we were given a a very small double bed room - I do think the room was still lovely but was a little disappointing when we had planned the trip together - we were of course made up on for our friends as their room was beautiful - I did mention it to reception and they gave us complimentary upgrade - the room we moved to was slightly bigger that the first- the fridge was full of half eaten food and the bins had used sanitary products in them- I have never had this happen in any hotel before. The reception area is beautiful and think it is great location
