Stadium Drive House is a luxurious & very spacious 4-bedroom , 2.5-bathroom house located within a short walk of the Etihad Campus, Co-op Live Arena and a 5 minute drive from Manchester City Centre

With up to 8 separate beds, this house is perfect for a large family or group of friends for a weekend getaway, or for a team of colleagues working in Manchester during the week.

The property has parking for two vehicles on our driveway.

The house comprises of 4 bedrooms (two on the first floor, two on the second floor), 1 bathroom (with shower & bathtub) on the first floor, 1 en-suite bathroom (with shower) on the second floor, 1 downstairs WC, a modern fully-fitted kitchen with dining area & washing machine, and a large lounge with two sofas, The lounge has doors to a large paved patio garden.

All hotel-quality bedlinen & towels provided, together with toiletries.

Two large comfortable sofa with a flatscreen HDTV free view TV, and unlimited superfast fibre Wifi.

→ Kitchen & Dining Area:
Our kitchen has a kettle, toaster, microwave, stove, electric oven, washing machine & dishwasher. Cooking utensils, glasses, cutlery, plates etc all provided in the kitchen.
The dining area has dining table & chairs for when you are dining in - or is a bright area for working from home.

The rear of the house has a large paved patio area and garden, enclosed by fences.

Guest access have full exclusive use of the house, driveway & garden during your stay.
