If you’re after boutique chic and quirkiness in your hotel, this is the place for you. If you’re wanting a big room with plenty of room and storage, then you’ll probably need one of the deluxe rooms ( ie not a standard room, as we had) or a different hotel. The staff were great, very attentive and nothing was too much trouble.

Beautiful boutique hotel in Manchester. Staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Gorgeous building and lovely rooms. 10 minute walk to the station and center of the city, but not too loud.

The hotel is exceptional in presentation and staff attentiveness. Fabulous value with a welcome glass of fizz and nibbles and breakfast included. Such a nice touch. Very nice hotel with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel is unique with great interior. It's located a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly, with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants close by. The hotel bar also has very good drinks, and the breakfast delivered to the room is nice.

We booked this stay for our anniversary. From the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. The lovely touches of our bags being taken to our room for us having left them earlier, the 5pm Prosecco and being able to have a cocktail brought to the room in the evening were all fab. We loved breakfast in bed and the choices suited us perfectly. The location is great - close to town and everything we wanted to do. We will are already planning to return next year!
