This is a highly walkable, central location, so most of the city is within walking distance. Piccadilly station is around five to ten minutes away by train, tram, and the direct airport link, with major bus routes close by. Paid parking is available nearby if you are arriving by car. Please ask, and we will point you to the best options.

★House Rules

✔ No smoking - Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Please use nearby outdoor areas and dispose of cigarette waste responsibly.

✔ No parties, drugs or unregistered guests - These are not permitted, to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents.

✔ Quiet hours - Please keep noise to a minimum after 10 PM, out of respect for neighbours and the building.

✔ A £250 fine applies if any of the above rules are broken, deducted from the security deposit hold.
