Parking is easy using what3words. Reception was brilliant. The two gents were engaging, happy and out to make an impression, which they did. Always appreciate a room upgrade! The rooms were clean, warm and very comfortable beds. No outside noise. I would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Great apartment hotel, close to Piccadilly station, tram, free bus around city, cafes. Apartment clean, good size, quiet. Reception staff very friendly, helpful make this hotel one of the best.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. They gave us great recommendations for spots to visit and told us about the free city bus. We asked for an extra towel and they gave us a stack. The room was spacious. Great shower. They upgraded us to a bigger room without asking. Super convenient because it is right at Manchester Piccadilly train station. But it wasn’t noisy. Highly recommend.

1st time stay here stayed for 1 night Stopped off here as part of a longer trip. On the whole great. kitchen very well equipped with utensils didnt use cooker / microwave. We used the toaster/ kettle and the nespresso machine. Easy walk into manchester shops/ bars theatres. A minuite walk to piccadilly station. A few little negatives- hardly any shower gel in bathroom dispenser. Didnt like the double bed pushed against the wall with no room for movement to get out the bed very claustrophobic. Not sure if all 1 bedroom apartments are the same? If we took the card key out the box the lecky went off so we had no lighting at night so had to leave it in the strong light in the hallway was left on overnight as there was no switch to turn it off. Maybe we were doing something wrong but on the whole good accomodation. Staff on reception were pleasant.

Lovely place to stay - apartments are compact but clean and have everything you need. Particular mention to the staff on the front desk who were always friendly and helpful when we had queries. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a place to stay in Manchester. Free city bus stops just outside so convenient for getting out to explore.

Overall happy with the apartments had everything we needed for our overnight stay . Excellent location for visiting Manchester via train and also for shops and nightlife. Bedrooms small but ok for a one night stay . Would have goven it 5 stars but strong smell of cooking oil when came out of room .
