Room was very clean. we did notice that the bathroom light flickered, which i reported from day 1. never got fixed, Tuesday thru Sunday stay. Staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was always good. Wish i knew there was no elevator.

My room had the most comfortable bed. The room was clean and breakfast was very good, every morning. The individuals at the front desk were always cheerful and helpful. I will always check availability at the Quality Inn in Loudon/Concord when the my travels call for hotel accommodations.

Lobby and hallways were clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The carpeting and linens looked updated. The problem was the bathroom. The shower rod was pulled out of the wall. It was a curved shower rod and turned sideways so it sloped down in the middle. This caused the shower curtain to hang only in the middle. After showering there is a huge pool of water on the floor. It looks like it’s been this way for a long time as the bottom of the door is swollen and rusted. Our stay was three days and not once did they make up our room once. We didn’t eat their breakfast.

Overall a good stay! Very grateful for the man who checked us in our first night for helping with the mix up, twice, with having housekeeping done. All staff were very pleasant and as a mom alone with 3 kids 5 years old and under, will definitely use this hotel in the future if needed. Only big suggestion is to heat the pool!
