I felt the food served at dinner and breakfast was a bit ordinary. I had the Thai vegetable curry and the continental breakfast. Staff were very pleasant throughout and the room was spotlessly clean and the bed wonderful.

The staff were just great, at first when we checked in, they could not find our booking, but this was just short lived, and we enjoyed our accommodation. Breakfast was great with lots to choose from and very close to the train station. Will look forward to stay with them again.

Exceptional room. Very convenient location in Manchester, easy walk to Picadilly Gardens, clubs, bars and restaurants. Beds enormously comfortable - highly affordable and much to be recommended.

The hotel just next to the university, it’s quiet and clean around. Many restaurants, cafe and fast food restaurants near. That’s quite convenient.

Disappointing stay. The expectation to request room cleaning every day at the reception is annoying, especially when the room is forgotten afterwards. The elevator buttons are taped over and do not provide confidence. Bathroom is bare minimum. I will not come again. There are plenty of other hotel chain options around.

Imagine checking into a hotel and then finding that there is no phone in the room and ONE HAS TO MAKE AN INTERNATIONAL CALL FROM MY RIOOM TO REACH THE RECEPTION OR FRONT DESK.
