Outstanding. Our room was upgrade for FREE to a much nicer one. My partner was feeling quite sick in the morning due to a health condition and they let us check out an hour later giving us more time to pack. So considerate. Our tv wasn’t working and the manager came in our rooms and fixed it personally. Friendly staff, fantastic full continental breakfast and English breakfast buffet. Amazing price. We will be staying here again very soon!

I had a great stay at the Maldron Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, making it easy to relax after a long day. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Would definitely stay again!

Check in was slow. Stayed here for a few nights, and guests are not permitted to use the lobby with their own food/drinks. I was waiting for a colleague who was also a guest at the hotel and was told to leave as I had a coffee from somewhere else.

"My stay was okay overall, but I had a few issues that made it less comfortable. The bed and pillow were not supportive, which led to an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Additionally, the bathroom lacked basic supplies such as a shower cap and other amenities I would normally expect --- This wording keeps it professional, constructive, and balanced—it explains why you gave 3 stars without sounding overly harsh. Would you like me to make it shorter and more direct (for quick reviews), or keep it longer and detailed (to give more context to future guests)?
