Room was very small give it was meant to be a family room. Breakfast was crowded with hardly any available seating. Half the cutlery or foods weren’t available. Staff were initially pre occupied speaking to each other rather than checking us in on arrival.

The rooms are ok just need more attention to detail with regards to dirt carpets and lack of cleaning of full length mirror. Breakfast is ok, crap tea/coffee, scrambled eggs is not made with fresh eggs, tasted awful. Staff are friendly and nice.

Perfect for what we needed, we were flying from Manchester Airport early the next morning so we stayed at the Trafford centre location and had tea at the Trafford Centre which was only a five minute walk away, there was plenty of parking available too.

The room was not particularly clean- with items of rubbish left under the sofa bed & stains on the carpet. The biggest problem was that the heating wasn't working- my son had to sleep in his tracksuit & used his coat as an additional cover. Very disappointing.

Staff were lovely, first rooms we were allocated hadnt been cleaned. We reported and got moved to other rooms. Then our heating wasnt working. Eventualy got it working, then woke next morning to being freezing as it wasnt working again. Breakfast was cold

Queue for check-in was very long, took around 20 minutes after a long drive. My booking was for 2 rooms, both were meant to have king beds and a sofa bed in, one of the rooms was a double which I ended up having to share with my 19 year old son… and he hogs the bed! Every time I wasn’t to reception there was a large queue so I didn’t have time to try and get the matter resolved.
