Hotel close to airport. Travelers need to leave all hours of day. At 9:00 PM there was a child yelling and running up and down the hallway. After 15 minutes I went to investigate. There were 3 employees gathered with about a 6 year old girl who was running a yelling. The employees were doing nothing until I requested help. At 2:30 am water was running in the room above me. Soon I heard water dripping in my room. I investigated and found mater dripping from the ceiling in my bathroom. I went to the front desk and the employee would not come and look in my room or go to the room above mine. The next day I phoned the manager about the water, he stated that he had looked in my room and saw nothing wrong. He then said he would have his engineer look it over and call me back. He hasn’t. I sent an email to follow up. No response. Extremely poor customer service! It’s fine, until you have an issue and then they will blame you for the problem.

The parking spaces can be better since most cars can barely fitted. It's a door-ding-incident-in-waiting. Too many rooms and not enough parking to accommodate.

There was a large group of kids staying at the hotel. They very wild and unruley. Running up and down the halls all hours of the day and night, yelling down the hall, slamming doors. Just complete disorder and chaos. What was supposed to be a nice romantic weekend away, was ruined by this experience. Other than that, the hotel was clean, and easy to find. Staffed sermed nice, but could have had a better handle on the situation.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I stayed at this hotel this past weekend (checked in Friday, checked out today), and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! The hotel was very clean, modern, and welcoming. My room was beautiful, comfortable, and cozy — the beds were great, and I really liked the bathroom with the Dove products, which was a nice touch. The breakfast each morning was delicious, and I especially want to mention the lady working in the breakfast area — she was amazing, so kind and attentive. The housekeeping team was also wonderful, very friendly, helpful, and caring. The front desk staff were equally outstanding. From check-in to check-out, everyone was kind and professional. I really appreciated how accommodating they were when I asked for a late checkout — the front desk agent kindly gave me an extra hour, which made my morning so much easier. Overall, I had an excellent stay. Great service, great staff, and a very clean and comfortable hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Out of many breakfast items including Cinnabons for three of my days there. No one at the front desk three of the mornings. On the weekend usually breakfast is ready by about 6:45am which is earlier than 7am. It was not ready until 7am which I had to leave for the day by 7am. Saw about 8 people waiting Saturday morning at 7am for them to turn the lights on.

Weekend Stay!!

Stay was very enjoyable, Only problems were: Should have rubber stickers in tub, was very slippery. They charged my card for $ 20.00, now takes 3-5 days to get chargeback.
