Room showed signs of not been cleaned. Expected more from a Hilton hotel. Dirty walls, dirty cups, dust on surfaces, empty shower gel, empty tissue box, marks and stains on carpet. Maybe I was just one of the unlucky ones but for the price I paid I could have stayed in a cleaner hotel elsewhere. Heating thermomstat wasn’t working either - 1 degrees outside - it was a cold night! Would have complained and asked to move rooms but I was tired and needed to rest before an early start the next day. I won’t be staying at this hotel again anytime soon.

first of all i want to thank ian senior his an amazing man goes above and beyond such a caring person upgraded me for free with a pitch view i had great welcoming the room was really good clean everything the hotel is great location not far from trafford centre 10min drive also other locations only disappointing thing was the pillows they wasn’t comfortable at all had a sore neck in morning would definitely book again

Very nice hotel. Room with a view of the cricket pitch was very cool. Free washer and dryer was clutch for the second half of our trip. Just had to buy pods for £1.
