Just not Hilton standard

The extra deadbolts were removed and no chain - our shower mixer didn’t work so we moved rooms - both rooms had very dirty bathroom vents - one room had someone else’s clothes left on the floor . Somebody needs to check rooms are done to a standard maintenance and housekeeping . The good news are the beds are very comfy and the restaurant staff try very hard and our super nice - breakfast is 6/10 for this type of hotel - parking can be tough - we stay 2-3 times a year to visit family it’s just not the same as 9 months ago - we may switch .

No bar service despite was told by one of the guest the bar is open 24h, couldn’t get simple drink … Been in that hotel few times but it’s service is definitely going down.
