Hotel stay

The stay was amazing, I would definitely highly recommend this hotel to anyone, the hotel was very clean and spotless, very bright and airy, comfortable, and the staff were friendly, approachable and helpful when I struggled to open the door, the breakfast was great and it was complimentary too, I was very pleased with this hotel stay and I will definitely stay again in the future.

Cheap and Cheerful

It was fine for one night as the bed was soooo uncomfortable, the hotel seems a little run down but it was cheap and cheerful. Rooms were clean and spacious!

Not as described, room was very old and dated decor. Poor customer service, ended up leaving as didn’t get the room or service we should have been provided. Staff are rude, not very helpful and don’t want any more contact with me as they won’t issue a refund even though I was told I would receive one!

What a shame

The hotel was full of travellers, the mess they left at night and most of all the noise at 3am in the morning was unbearable, could not get to the bar as they purposely blocked the entrance, I’ve stayed here several times before but after this I probably won’t again, a great shame as it had always been a good place to stay

Rooms were very basic and only surface clean. Could do with a deep clean as felt slightly grubby. Bathroom tiles had mould and looked as though they hadn't been cleaned in a while. At check in staff were lovely and efficient. No food served at all apart from dodgy looking vending machines selling hot food....no thanks. Noise from other residents was a major issue. On going to bed people in nearby room were shouting and playing loud music. We managed to get to sleep but were wakened at 5.30am with these same people shouting, arguing and swearing. This went on for a couple of hours and nothing was done. Breakfast was very basic and not great quality. Sausages were really spicy and bacon and eggs totally overcooked so really unappetising unfortunately. Ok for 1 night as we were in Manchester for a show but definitely wouldn't recommend or return. Staff were lovely and I'd say they are the only positive comments I can make.

Great for a short stay near the city centre/ co-op live. Room comfortable and well-planned for dressing table/ mirrors/ plugs. Breakfast good - gluten free food on list. Just needed separate toaster. Staff friendly.
