What a wonderful hotel , we had an amazing experience , we booked a garden king which was gorgeous and so nice to have the terrace and comfy outdoor furniture . Food was good at the grille , but what made it was the staff , they were all absolutely top notch !! Definitely recommend the Dakota Manchester Airport

Newly launched hotel near the airport. Everything is brand new and the team is very attentive, supportive, and try their best to serve you well. My stay was impeccable. The shuttle service was a real VIP treatment!

This was by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Not just for the fabulous rooms, beds, decor, but the staff were exceptional. My daughter said she felt like a VIP the whole time. The valet service, receptionist, considerate ( especially Tony) and our server Jonathan were just amazing! I can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Dakota hotels just get it right. I work away a lot and spend many nights in hotels. Dakota would always be my first choice. The branding is strong and you know where you are from the minute you walk through the door. The service is the same high level at each of the hotels. Keep doing what you're doing!

Had an issue at check in which the hotel manager Cameron Resolved for us, he is outstanding at his role, he truly went above and beyond to make us happy and we can’t thank him enough, he is a credit to Dakota and a lovely person he made our stay perfect Thank you Cameron

Beautifully furnished hotel. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a great shower and amenities. We also dined at The Grill. While the meal was good and the bar staff were helpful, the initial seating experience was unpleasant as the waitress was not very service oriented. Despite that, the hotel is still highly recommended due to the outstanding quality of the hotel and the excellent service from the team overall

Lovely place to stay .. not long open I believe.. Everything is tiptop .. Sumptuous beds, well sized bedrooms and decor well thought through .. The staff were friendly and very helpful .. The valet parking was especially quick and the staff were fast in responding to a small problem I had with my car.. I stayed two nights on business but only ate once night there in the bar area .. I had a lighter meal which was delicious.. I most certainly will return when I am next near the Airport ..

Excellent hotel with genuinely friendly and attentive staff. I’ve stayed in many luxury hotels around the world, and the service here was exceptional throughout. The only minor point was that the valet took a little longer than expected to bring the car around, although that may say more about my impatience than the service! Patience is a virtue, after all, so I can hardly fault them. Overall, a fantastic stay and a hotel I would highly recommend.

Excellent hotel, lovely room and comfy beds. Just a little slow on serving your drinks but as time goes on hopefully will improve. Can’t believe tax goes on the bill. But would highly recommend. Transfer from hotel to airport is excellent the driver was very knowledgeable and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you.
