The Space:
Welcome to Coastal Haven, your oceanfront escape on the Mendocino Coast. Perched on a scenic bluff, this luxury retreat offers breathtaking panoramic ocean views from nearly every room. Designed for ultimate comfort and style, Coastal Haven features an elevated, open-concept layout with floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the endless Pacific.

The primary suite crowns the top floor, where sweeping vistas surround a serene sanctuary complete with a gas fireplace, a spa-inspired ensuite featuring a soaking tub and an oversized walk-in shower. The second bedroom also includes an ensuite bath and its own cozy fireplace for relaxing evenings by the sea.

The third bedroom is perfect for children, featuring two twin beds, a charming ocean theme, and a delightful collection of children's books. Please note that these beds are best suited for youngsters.

The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream. Fully stocked and featuring dual sinks, granite countertops, and panoramic views while you cook. The living room offers a beautiful gas fireplace that creates instant ambiance with the flick of a switch.

Step out onto the wrap-around deck, sink into the hot tub, and watch the sun melt into the horizon as the waves crash below.

Throughout the home, radiant floor heating provides gentle, even warmth. No forced air, just cozy hydro-heated floors that keep the space at the perfect temperature year-round.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the property, house, and garage. There is a locked owners closet and locked exterior storage room not accessible to guests. Guests also have access to the private Irish Beach, which is a 3 min drive (or 15 to 20 min walk) from the house. There is a gate pass available for guests to access the private beach.

Families with Pets: We are a pet-friendly home and would love to welcome yours! A fenced yard gives your pups room to roam and play safely. There is a flat pet fee, and we ask that you follow these pet rules:
• 2 dog maximum (no cats)
• Do not leave pets unattended in the home
• Please keep pets off the beds
• Please pick up after your pet
• Irish Beach has a community leash ordinance. Please keep dogs leashed in open areas
• Dogs must be house trained (no puppies or indoor pee mats)

Security: There is one exterior security camera facing the driveway and a Ring doorbell at the front door. All cameras are capable of recording both video and audio. There are no recording devices inside the home.
