What a great vacation spot! There’s everything you could ask for. Pontoon boat, kayaks, campfire, convenience store and bar/restaurant both in walking distance. The cabin is very nice as well with all the convenience and comforts you could hope for. We forgot our fishing gear, but we will remember next year.

Great location in northern Michigan. A nice clear lake, with sandy bottom and shallow walk out. Very happy to walk out the sliding door and onto sandy beach.Quick walk to the party store down the road and the boat launch next door was just lively enough to chat with folks if you want, but never too much commotion going on there.Would rent again.

My family and I stayed here for our summer vacation and really enjoyed it! The host replied back very quickly, the cottage/property were clean, and being right on the water was amazing! There was a very bad storm that came thru, which caused us to lose power, the host was very attentive to our needs and even brought over a generator. We loved the pontoon boat and my son/his dad caught quite a few trout and blue gill! We will definitely be coming back!

Great place to stay! Loved the location. The lake was lovely; CLEAR WATER SANDY BOTTOM! We did not swim because of the weather, but it would be a pleasant swim. You cannot go out on the balcony that is pictured (not sure why but there was a sign inside saying not to go on the balcony). Nice beds and towels. Would stay again.

We were blessed with over 2 feet of snow for our stay, which created a winter wonderland. The home is close to trails for hiking, a lake out the back door, and a restaurant a couple steps over. The home was updated, clean, and dig friendly (which we love). We had an amazing weekend getaway in a perfect size cute cabin for our family of 4 plus our pup.

Turkey Hunting Camp

The cottage worked out great for spring turkey hunting camp with lots of public hunting land nearby. It has a cozy atmosphere and the view of the lake is terrific.
