Hotel antigo, com áreas em reforma mas, ainda assim, muito bom. Quarto de bom tamanho mas com banheiro escuro e colchão antigo e muito mole. Limpeza boa mas a garagem tinha um cheiro de esgoto horrivel e acesso apenas por um elevador que estava em reforma, obrigando a entrar e sair pela rampa dos carros.

Comprei a estadia mais simples achando que teria uma vista mais simples, acabei não tendo vista nenhuma mas tive mesmo de reclamar por conta do cheiro de mofo, ao explicar isso na recepção, disposto a pagar mais por uma estadia melhor, infelizmente não havia disponivel porém conseguiram um quarto melhor na mesma categoria e foi maravilhoso, pretendo retornar futuramente

Hotel muito bem localizado com uma equipe de funcionários muito prestativos! Quarto confortável, mas banheiro sem ventilação, a equipe de limpeza no início foi ruim, fazendo serviço incompleto e teve dias que nem foram ao quarto, mas após reclamações me atenderam bem. Café da manhã gostoso, porém com poucas opções de proteína. O restaurante do hotel oferece janta muito gostosa, vale muito a pena.

Acomodações bem limpas e arrumadas, funcionários atenciosos e sempre dispostos. Café da manhã, bom nível, mas já estive em hotéis em Manaus bem mais simples, porém o café da manhã com muitas opções. Piscina não utilizei, mas vi pessoas utilizando e parece que era muito boa.
