You can truly park your car and explore on foot. Spend your mornings walking to a nearby café for fresh coffee and breakfast, browse charming local shops in the afternoon, and enjoy dinner and drinks at one of the many lively spots just around the corner in the evening. The energy of downtown is perfect for couples, solo travelers!

This is Old Town Manassas, and there are often events in the area—especially in the evenings—which can affect parking availability. Please note that the parking permit is overnight only.
We are located in the heart of Manassas, near the courthouse, police station, and fire station, so parking regulations are strictly enforced. You may be towed if any posted signs are not followed.
What to do? There are multiple public lots and street parking options available throughout the area. Please check all signage carefully before leaving your vehicle.

Free public parking is available directly in front of the building, with approximately 10–12 spaces. These spaces are first come, first served and are not assigned or guaranteed.
There is also an additional public parking lot nearby that guests may use if the spaces in front of the building are full.
