Rustic Charm Wayanad - Serenity (Entire Studio)

Serenity! This Studio is a fusion of Traditional and Contemporary Architecture and we call it “TradCon”. Built on a sprawling 3 acreage coffee and pepper estate is a dream holiday home in the middle of the jungle that’s home to the wildlife in Western Ghats.

The property also has a shared and fully functional restaurant on-site.

Spanning over 800sqft, this magnificent jungle front studio graced by soaring ceilings and huge windows is a haven for both gazing at the wildlife and the stars. The grand entryway with a sweeping staircase draws you into a voluminous layout made for relaxing and enjoying your vacation. The expansive living room opens up to a huge bedroom with an attached bath. The living room and the bedroom are separated by a huge foldable glass wall which is the dramatic focal point of this studio. The bedroom has plenty of room for sleep and storage and is complete with thoughtfully designed wardrobes, furniture, TV, Wi-fi, and lighting.

A sleek and stylish kitchenette is accompanied by an elegant dining area. The utility opens up to a spacious garden in the rear where a hammock awaits you. Lying down on the hammock, you may read a book, gaze at the stars or take the mesmerizing views of the jungle. The Studio also has a terrace which again offers breathtaking views.

Guests are allowed access to the Clubhouse area which has a restaurant, sports room and bonfire area. Guests can walk freely inside the coffee and pepper plantation.

We ensure total privacy to all our guests. The onsite Manager or myself are just a call away should you need anything.

The sprawling 4 acre property is surrounded by dense jungle on three sides and a paddy field on one side. Convenience store is just 0.5kms away and the nearest supermarket/restaurant is 13kms away and can be reached by driving through the jungle.

There are several buses that ply on this route and particularly during the night from Bangalore/Mysore. All buses proceeding to Kozhikode go via a place called Kattikulam which is 7kms away from the property. Pick up and drop facility can be arranged on chargeable basis with prior intimation.

Local private buses ply from 7am to 6pm every one hour and ferry passengers to Kattikulam, Mananthavady from where regular intercity buses are available. Jeeps are also available on hire for local sight seeing or night safaris.
