It was an very pleasant stay at Hotel El Maltese. The location of the hotel was superb. Near the lake and close to the town. Couldn't be better.And the staff and the owner are the most nice people you can meet. And Granada is the most friendly and safe place you can stay.

Poor customer service

Very poor customer servoce on the phone when attempting to get assistance with parking since there was no sign indicating where to park the vehicle. The person kept saying she doesn’t speak English and cannot help me. She would then hang up the phone. Someone from Hotels.com attempted call the hotel on my behalf and she experienced the same thing.
