Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
I booked the room through the app for my driver and it was already paid for and received email confirmation for it. When the driver got there and tried to check in, they said : oh we don’t have availability!!! They offered to go check in at another location which was 20 minutes drive away!! It was not convenient at all! And I tried to contact the host through the message on the app, and never received an answer from them.
