Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy
My whole experience was completely disappointing. I felt scammed The check in clerk could not find my reservation at all and she requested me to pay the same amount in cash as the one Inhad been charged on my credit card. I paid for booking insurance and that was a scammer as well. Bad experience over all.
