This is essentially a transit hotel. Main benefit is that it is right across the street from the Managua airport. You could walk it, but they have a shuttle which operates from early in the morning. Im told there is a good buffet breakfast, and you can ask for breakfast to go. Rooms are fine, nothing more. Shower had NO hot water!!

As usual the hotel's location is its best selling point. Year after year I complain to front desk that there was neither hair conditioner nor kleenex in the room. The room also had no way to contact front desk.The furniture in the room was low quality and sparse with only one uncomfortable chair. I arrived late and the lighting to my room #150. Was inadequate. The breakfast was better than last time I stayed there.

I was woken up by a landscaper banging on the metal wall after dropping off my family at the airport. Complained to the staff and they didn’t really care and the manager was even rude. Asked for the landscaper to stop so I could continue sleeping and they kept cutting the grass. Asked for a refund and they said to complain to Expedia. Never again.

This is our first choice hotel when staying in Managua. Ideal location literally across the street from MGA airport. Grounds are well maintained, on-site restaurant offers excellent service with breakfast included in room stay. We appreciate the 3-twin rooms for our family. Rooms are clean but basic compared to US standards. Still wishing the hotel would be more flexible with reservations. Our most recent visit found us arriving around 2 a.m. due to our flight schedule. We asked for late check-out to allow for a chance to sleep in after such a late (early) arrival, but were denied. All-in-all, we like this hotel and plan to keep it as our go-to property.
