The room was fine . The amenities were just ok. Appreciated the water and coffee in the room. I am older and had been traveling for a long time. I arrived at 11:40 but had to wait until 2:00 for my check in. This was not the best. The free breakfast was good. The restaurant had good service but the food is pricey.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years. While one of the priciest options in Managua, the convenience of being across the street from the airport is unbeatable. The rooms are always clean and comfortable, great vibes at the pools and bar, good food, friendly staff. Hot water is pretty much nonexistent but that’s to be expected in Nicaragua.

The service at this hotel was its best feature - the staff were helpful and welcoming especially the shuttle service and lobby staff. To be honest, the hotel itself has seen far better days and the bed linen has seen far whiter and crisper days. It’s fine for an overnight stay if arriving late into the airport.
