Wonderful villa with private pool near the sea and the beach of Cala Anguila, in Portocristo. It sleeps 6 people.
The exteriors of this house invite you to enjoy the good weather to the fullest. The house has a private chlorine pool that measures 9 x 4 meters and has a depth of 0.9 to 1.8 meters. Next to it you will find loungers for sunbathing, an outdoor shower to wash off the salt and sand from the beach, and a grassy area where the little ones in the house can play. Going up some stairs you have the porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue while contemplating the views of the sea in the background. The property is fenced and there are close neighbours.

The single-storey house offers a cosy style with all the comforts for a perfect stay. Living room, dining room and kitchen share a large space equipped with AC, satellite TV, fireplace and ceramic hob. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Next you have the 3 bedrooms. One of them has a double bed and en suite bathroom with shower. The other two bedrooms have two single beds each. All have AC. There is another bathroom with shower in the house. Finally, we can offer you a cot and a highchair if you are travelling with your baby.

This wonderful house is located on the outskirts of Portocristo, just 300 meters from Cala Anguila, a small beach with fine sand, turquoise blue waters and exceptional beauty. But you can visit other nearby and equally beautiful coves such as Cala Mandia or Cala Romántica. You'll find all the necessary services for an independent stay such as supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants in Portocristo, where you can also visit the ancient Cave del Drach.

sehr angenehmes Ferienhaus an super Lage mit Meeressicht und nur ein paar Schritte vom Strand. Jedoch müsste mann die Küche ein bisschen renovieren, Backofen hängt schief und Türchen auch! Sonst sehr schön!

Ferien Villa in toller Lage

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen. Das Haus und die Außenanlagen sind in sehr gepflegtem Zustand und die Bäder wurden kürzlich erst ganz neu renoviert. Die Lage ideal, nur ein paar Stufen runter zur Cala Anguila. Parken ist ebenso oben an der Straße kostenlos möglich, ein Parkplatz ist direkt vor dem Haus. Lediglich die Geschirrspülmaschine und die Waschmaschine sind von nicht so hoher Qualität, die könnte man mal austauschen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
